ACE Maths Tuition

ACE Maths Tuition, as presented by Secondary School Teacher and Educational Author Joe McCormack, is commencing classes in Navan Education Centre in September 2019. After an Initial assessment and a short period of teaching the core areas at each level, the focus of the tuition will turn to exam preparation and the practice and teaching of past exam questions similiar to the standard and detail presented in my solution books.

Each student will be taught about the wording, layout and style of their Maths exam paper and will grow in confidence to tackle the most detailed and complex long question. Students will be e-mailed my best Maths resources to give them that extra bit of detail in order to grasp difficult topics and can also request specific notes on areas of difficulty for them.

Students who register for a full term (September-December) will also receive a free copy of my text book ‘How to ACE the Leaving Certificate‘ for all subjects. This book contains key insights into how to study efficiently, set up a ‘Lifestyle Study Timetable’ and prepare in the best possible way for an exam. The majority of the advice in this book is useful for students from 2nd year upwards.
